1 System introduction

Customer feedback is the benchmark to improve service; respect customer feedback is an important way to win trust. 3 System functions

4  Flow:

1,Customers or operational people comes to the counter, staff or service personnel presses voice control button "Welcome”, the evaluator says “Welcome", after the service ended, staff or service personnel presses voice control button "Please evaluate”, the evaluator says “please evaluate for my service”, reminding the customer or operational people to evaluate. After customer or operational people pressing button for evaluation, the evaluator says “thanks” . then evaluation is completed. The evaluation data transmits to the server through ***mode. The server gathers and stores evaluation data, and generates various reports of web forms. Managers can check the result through web query login, comparative analysis of results so as to achieve real-time management of Windows services.

5     Appearance of the terminal:

1 patent-granted six evaluation button:  satisfied, basically satisfied, bad attitude, not efficient, unskillful,To be improved.  Once operation, and you can know the exact reason for customers’ reason of dissatisfaction.   (PS: Button color can be customized. You can choose language on the panel. Moulding factory charges fee for such customer-made working. )

2 staff seat card: include staffs’ department, name,  title, number etc.  ( CAN make by yourself )

within the unit LAN or Internet ; comfortable interface, you can query and analyze info by various conditions and then print.
